Jasmin Huber
Originally, Jasmin Huber is a trained textile designer. In addition to her love of design and drawing, she has a great interest in the natural sciences. Her studies at the Zurich University of the Arts in the field of Knowledge Visualization made it possible to combine both passions. In her Master's project, she delved into the craft of classical botanical illustration and developed a new process to produce watercolour illustrations more efficiently. Today Jasmin Huber lives and works as a scientific illustrator near Winterthur. She enjoys delving into new fields of knowledge and creating customised visualisations. In doing so, she always seeks the connection between precise design craftsmanship and accuracy of content. Her speciality is watercolour illustrations in the field of nature visualisation. However, she is happy to take on any challenge.
