Jakob graduated in Illustration Nonfiction at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts in 2018 and has since been working as a scientific illustrator with a focus on archaeology. In addition to his work at the Amt für Archäologie Thurgau, he lives and works in Zurich as a freelance illustrator. His repertoire of drawings ranges from quick sketches and analogue watercolor paintings to complex digital illustrations.
